The Enneagram Association of Georgia (Caucasus) – EAG (Caucasus) was founded in 2021 by the professional member of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) Mr. Gia Tskhovrebadze, PhD. and is the unique National Affiliate of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) in the post-Soviet space nowadays, operating as a branch of the IEA in Georgia.
The EAG (Caucasus) is open to anyone who has an interest in the Enneagram, including all local Enneagram teachers, trainers, professional practitioners, organizations and individuals, wishing to give voice and space to the Enneagram work that happens in that region of the globe. As a IEA Affiliate the EAG (Caucasus) works in cooperation with the IEA Global Board and is aligned with and committed to the IEA’s Vision and Mission.
The vision and mission of the EAG (Caucasus) are in full compliance and coherence with the vision of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) of a world in which the Enneagram is widely understood and used constructively, and with a mission to create spaces to learn and connect through the Enneagram.
The EAG (Caucasus) fully shares the standards and norms of ethics set by the International Enneagram Association (IEA).
The aim and goals of the EAG (Caucasus) includes popularization and development of the science of the Enneagram as well as related and / or neighboring fields, educational activities in Georgia and abroad, enforcement of professional standards of ethics and instructions of the IEA’s General Ethical Guidelines, promoting development and increase of competencies and qualification of the specialists, including psychotherapists, consultants, teachers, trainers, coaches and others, working in the Enneagram, as well as related and / or neighboring fields, etc.

Gia Tskhovrebadze, PhD is certified as an Enneagram Master by the International Coaches and Trainers Association (ICTA), Emotionally
Intelligent Leader by the European Association of Cultural and Emotionally Intelligent Projects (EACEIP), Consultant in
Positive Psychotherapy by the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP). He is a licensed
Psychologist-consultant of Organizational Psychology and Gestalt Therapy.
At the same time Gia is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a
co-founder of the ICF Chapter Sakartvelo (Georgia). As a coach Gia was ranked #1 for the third time (2019, 2020,
2021) among about 4500 coaches from 80 countries – members of the Association for Coaching (UK) in
the Engagement Level Ranking. In 2020 he also became a laureate and was in top 3 of the
competition "Coach of the Year" according to ICF Competencies among coaches - members of the International Coaching
Federation (ICF) chapter (Russian Federation) with more than 500 coaches.
Gia is a professional member of the International Association of Enneagram (IEA) since April 2020 and a member of the
New York Academy of Sciences since 2005.
He is also a president of the Transactional Analysis Association of Georgia, a member of the International and European
Associations for Transactional Analysis (ITAA and EATA), the American Psychological Association (APA), the
International
Association for Counselling (IAC)
, the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT), the
New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy (NYIGT) and other international professional organizations.

Ilia Nikachadze has BBA degree. He is a Gestalt Practitioner, NLP Coach Master and Enneagram Master of the International
Coaches and Trainers Association (ICTA).
Ilia is also a member of the Georgian Association of Gestalt Therapy and World Online Transactional Analysis Association
(WOTAA).

Tamar Keshelava has MA degree in Addiction Studies (Addictology), diplomas in Psychosynthesis and Ericksonian hypnosis
and a Certificate in Generative Coaching (Robert Dilts, Stephen Gilligan,PH.D.). She is the Enneagram Master and NLP
Master Practitioner of the International Coaches and Trainers Association (ICTA).
Tamar is also an Art Therapist and has a working experience in Private Practice and as a mental health specialist in
psycho-social center.

Nino Nibladze has MD degree. She is Gestalt Practitioner and Consultant of the Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP).
Nino is also a member of the Georgian Association of Gestalt Therapy, World Online Transactional Analysis Association
(WOTAA) and World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP).

Giorgi Bochorishvili has Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Post graduate studies: Georgian Academy of Sciences. He has working experience in the fields of Journalism ( publisher and editor), Publishing (publishing house BochoPrint), Economics (economic reviewer ), PR (National bank of Georgia, head of PR department; Bagebi city group) . Managament (Managing director of Vake swimming pool). Swimmer (champion of Georgia, record holder ; waterpolo).Giorgi is one of the first Georgians who studied Enneagram about 20 years ago.
